EC Terms of Use
1. 運営会社、サービス
本規約は、株式会社GameSmile (GameSmile Co.,Ltd.)（以下「当社」といいます）が運営するオンラインショップ（以下「本サイト」といいます）において、当社が提供する商品およびサービス（以下併せて「本サービス」といいます）に関して、当社と利用者との間で適用されます。
2. 本規約の適用
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当社と利用者とのすべての関係に適用されます。
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を改訂することができ、改訂後の内容は本サイトに掲載された時点で全ての利用者に適用されます。
本規約に定めのない事項については、別途当社が定める利用規約やガイドラインに従うものとします。
3. アカウント登録
本サービスの利用には、利用者によるアカウント登録が必要となります。詳細は別途定める利用規約に準じます。
3.1 アカウント審査
アカウント登録後、当社による審査が必要です。審査完了前に商品のご購入はできません。
審査には最大5営業日を要する場合があります。
3.2 利用に関する確認事項
利用者は以下の事項を理解し、同意するものとします：
・転売を目的とした利用を禁止します
・個人使用目的での商品購入を禁止します
・虚偽情報の提供を禁止します
4. 価格と送料
商品ごとの販売価格は、本サイトの商品ページに表示されます。また、価格は予告なく変更されることがあります。利用者は、商品にかかる送料も負担するものとし、詳細は商品ページをご確認ください。
5. 注文と契約の成立
商品注文後、当社が注文を確認した時点で契約が成立します。
注文完了後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。
商品が準備できない等、当社の判断により契約を解除させていただく場合があります。
6. 配送と所有権
商品は日本国内配送および国際配送に対応しております。
お客様はご希望の配送方法をご指定いただけます。送料はお客様のご負担となります。
商品の所有権は、利用者に引き渡された時点で移転します。
受け取り不能等により商品が返送された場合、当社は一定期間保管後、処分できるものとします。
7. 返品・交換
不良品や誤配送があった場合、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。当社負担で返品または交換対応いたします。
利用者都合による返品・交換は受け付けておりません。
8. 支払い方法
日本国内銀行振込、WeChat Pay、Alipay等、当社が定める方法をご利用いただけます。
9. 禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止されます：
利用規約違反／虚偽情報の登録／営利目的の利用や転売／当社または第三者への妨害や不利益行為
10. サービスの中断・終了
当社は、必要と判断した場合、本サービスを事前通知の上で停止または終了することができます。
11. 免責事項
天災や不可抗力による損害について当社は責任を負いません。その他、当社の責に帰すべき場合を除き、利用者が被った損害については責任を負いかねます。

本条款适用于株式会社GameSmile（GameSmile Co.,Ltd.，以下简称“本公司”）在其运营的在线商店（以下简称“本网站”）上所提供的商品与服务（以下合称“本服务”）之相关事项，规范本公司与用户之间的权利义务关系。
2. 条款的适用
本条款适用于与本服务之使用相关的本公司与用户之间的一切关系。
本公司可视需要随时变更本条款，变更后的内容自于本网站公告时起适用于所有用户。
对于本条款未规定之事项，依本公司另行制定之使用条款与指引办理。
3. 账户注册
使用本服务需先完成账户注册。具体规则依本公司另行制定之使用条款执行。
3.1 账户审核
账户注册后需要本公司进行审核，审核完成前无法购买商品。
审核最多需要5个工作日。
3.2 使用确认事项
用户理解并同意以下事项：
・我理解禁止以转售为目的进行使用
・我理解禁止个人使用目的购买商品
・我同意不提供虚假信息
4. 价格与运费
各商品之销售价格以本网站商品页面所示为准，价格可能在不另行通知的情况下变更。用户需承担相应运费，详情请参见商品页面说明。
5. 下单与契约成立
用户提交订单并经本公司确认时，视为买卖契约成立。
订单完成后原则上不接受取消。
如商品无法备货等情形，本公司得依其判断解除契约。
6. 配送与所有权
商品支持日本国内配送及国际物流。
客户可指定配送方式，运费由客户承担。
商品所有权于交付至用户时转移至用户。
因无法收货等原因而退回的商品，本公司得于一定期间保管后予以处理。
7. 退换货
若发生不良或误配，请于商品到达后7日内与我们联系；本公司将承担费用办理退货或换货。
因用户个人原因提出的退换货恕不受理。
8. 付款方式
可使用本公司指定的付款方式，包括日本银行汇款、微信支付、支付宝等。
9. 禁止事项
以下行为禁止：
违反使用条款／登记虚假信息／以营利为目的之使用或转售／对本公司或第三方造成妨害或不利益之行为
10. 服务中断与终止
如本公司认为必要，可在事先通知后中止或终止本服务。
11. 免责声明
对于因天灾等不可抗力造成之损害，本公司不承担责任。除本公司可归责之情形外，对于用户所受之损害，本公司概不负责。

1. Operator and Services
These Terms apply to the products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided on the online shop (the “Site”) operated by GameSmile Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), and govern the relationship between the Company and users.
2. Applicability of the Terms
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users regarding use of the Services.
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms apply to all users from the time they are posted on the Site.
Matters not provided for herein are governed by separate terms of use and guidelines set by the Company.
3. Account Registration
Use of the Services requires user account registration. Details are governed by the Company's separate terms of use.
3.1 Account Review
After account registration, a review by the Company is required. Purchases cannot be made until the review is completed.
The review process may take up to 5 business days.
3.2 Usage Confirmation Items
Users understand and agree to the following:
・I understand that use for resale purposes is prohibited
・I understand that purchasing products for personal use is prohibited
・I agree not to provide false information
4. Prices and Shipping Fees
Product prices are shown on each product page. Prices may change without prior notice. Users are responsible for shipping fees; see the product page for details.
5. Orders and Formation of Contract
A contract is formed when the Company confirms the user’s order.
As a rule, orders cannot be canceled after completion.
If an item cannot be prepared, the Company may cancel the contract at its discretion.
6. Delivery and Title
We offer both domestic (Japan) and international shipping.
Customers may specify their preferred shipping method. Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
Title to a product transfers to the user upon delivery.
If a product is returned due to inability to receive, the Company may store it for a certain period and then dispose of it.
7. Returns and Exchanges
In case of defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. The Company will handle returns or exchanges at its expense.
Returns or exchanges for user’s convenience are not accepted.
8. Payment Methods
Accepted methods include those designated by the Company, such as Japanese bank transfer, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
9. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited:
Violating the terms of use / Providing false information / Use for resale or other commercial purposes / Acts that interfere with or disadvantage the Company or third parties
10. Suspension and Termination
If deemed necessary, the Company may suspend or terminate the Services with prior notice.
11. Disclaimer
The Company bears no liability for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters. Except where attributable to the Company, the Company is not liable for damages suffered by users.
